About TJW Business Support
I'm Tiffany and I own TJW Business Support. Based in Jersey CI since 2015, I've got an extensive career history in administration, management and continual improvement. From working in the NHS in various different administrative roles, to small family-run businesses and large global corporations in medical devices, pharmaceutical manufacturing and intellectual property. My most recent role was managing a team of internationally based intellectual property specialists with a heavy focus on operational excellence. The change of direction for me was simple - in 2024, I had my son, and was lucky enough to be able to take a career break to look after him.
Now he's ready to go to nursery, I want to work for myself doing something I really enjoy - and that is fundamentally - problem solving. Using methodologies and techniques I've learnt across my career, I want to help small Jersey businesses with my expertise in continual improvement. These types of techniques have traditionally been confined to government bodies or corporate companies with large budgets to employ large project teams to enact change. I believe that these same techniques can bring immense value to small businesses, one of the foundational parts of economy in Jersey. The beauty of continual improvement is it can be applied to almost any type of business - whether you're a skilled hands on trader, a retailer, a service provider, there is a way to adopt continual improvement techniques to elevate your business.
